We are a boutique retail interior decorating and design studio that was established in 1972. We create beautiful interiors for our clients and soft furnishings is our passion and forte. This includes custom making curtains and blinds, new upholstered furniture (sofas, chairs, ottomans), bedheads, bedspreads, cushions, lampshades and throw rugs. We have a large range of cushions, fabric, wallpaper, bed linen, lamps, occasional furniture and rugs. We also recover your existing upholstered furniture giving them a new lease of life.
We provide a very personalised service, by listening carefully to our client’s needs to ensure that the final result is stylish, functional and within budget. We cater to all tastes and styles weather it be contemporary, traditional, French or Art Deco in style. We pay special attention to every detail to ensure our clients are happy with the end result.
Our interior decorating and design service is available for those wanting a whole room or whole house scheme tailored to their requirements. We sketch floor plans showing furniture placement, provide technical drawings and renders when required. We select and supply the soft furnishings, furniture, lighting, accessories, wallpaper, paint and flooring. Our goal is to create a beautiful look that reflects each client’s style, providing a space that they love to be in.
Our showroom in High St Armadale houses a large range of fabric samples, a comprehensive display of curtains & blinds, and upholstered furniture set up with coordinating cushions, throws and lamps to show the complete look.

Lucy
Lucy is the official Window Workshop mascot and Instagram model, featuring in many of our studio photoshoots. She’s a very affectionate and social girl who loves meeting our clients, reps, and tradesmen that visit us each day. She has a very impressive repertoire of tricks she loves to perform for all. Our client’s children particularly love her as she keeps them quite entertained! Her favorite pastime is sitting in the window looking pretty, watching all that pass by.
